Consulting and done-for-you ยท Dubai
Three services.
One system.
Installed, not advised.
This is a growth marketing firm, not an AI company. My team and I build the whole system in the order that works, then it runs without our team.
Founder-led service businesses ยท $50k a month or more ยท most often $100k and up

+ 100 more Three services. One machine.
Ai to build. Automation to run. Ads to scale. Everything else we used to list separately now lives inside one of the three, because that is how it gets installed anyway. On the call we find which of the three is your constraint and start there.
Ai
An Ai command center that holds your clients, your dates, your files and your numbers, so the company answers itself and your team stops asking you. Built for the capacity problem at $50k to $200k a month and beyond: the point where the growth still runs through one head.
- Agent teams and an operating system the founder actually opens
- Renewal radars, client files, deal desks, running cost metered on every call
- A talking agent that answers from your own book, by text or voice
- Knowledge banks and a public-site answer engine, grounded and cited
Automation
The night shift you never hired. It lives in Telegram, where your team already is. A photo, a voice note or a plain sentence goes in. The filing, the checks, the reminders and the drafts come out. Nothing reaches a client without a human yes.
- Document controllers that read, rename, file and watch expiries
- Status checks, trackers and scheduled runs that announce their own failures
- Booking, reminders and follow-up that send themselves under your rules
- Email and CRM nurture, reactivation, and a pipeline that tells you who to call
Ads
Ads that feed the machine, not your ego. Meta only, done properly, with creative written from your sales calls, the strategies most people call unscalable, and one number to judge it all: LTV to CAC. Social content lives here too, because it is the same voice doing the same job.
- Paid media, Meta ads only: broad targeting, creative volume, path-level tracking
- Creatives: cohort research, hooks from the calls, modular structures where a new angle costs seconds
- SEO, GEO and AEO, and websites that do the first visit
- CRO: landing pages, application funnels and message match, so the traffic you pay for becomes calls
three services, one system. installed, not advised.
Almost every stuck business is stuck on exactly one of three things
And rarely the one they came in about. Buying ads to fix a conversion problem is the most expensive mistake in this industry.
Acquisition
"I do not have enough new clients coming in." The 6am panic. It is a maths problem dressed up as anxiety, and what you are actually buying is the end of the empty calendar.
Conversion
"I get enquiries but they do not buy." Almost never the market. The offer is leaking, or the sales process is, or the follow-up is. Pouring water into a bucket full of holes and blaming the rain.
Capacity
"We have leads, we close them, and I am the bottleneck." The most expensive one. Adding leads here is gasoline on a flooded engine. You need the founder out of the loop, not more traffic.
Who this is for, and who it is not
Better you self-select out here than on the call.
This is for you if
- You are a founder-led service business doing $50,000 a month or more, and this work lands best from $100,000 a month and up. Business setup, logistics and shipping, physio and clinics, accounting, insurance, consultancies and professional service firms.
- You already have something that works. You want it to work without you, at a bigger number.
- You can decide on the call without going to a committee.
- You are willing to invest from $3,000 a month, and more depending on the business needs and complexity, if the plan holds up.
- You want a system installed, not a report delivered.
This is not for you if
- You are pre-revenue or under $50,000 a month. The bottleneck there is the offer, not the system, and paying for a system you cannot run yet is a bad trade.
- You are a coach or a course creator. Nothing wrong with it, it is just not what I build for.
- You want a magic ad that fixes a product nobody wants. Ads amplify. They do not rescue.
- You want to be talked into it. If you need convincing that marketing works, we are starting from too far back.
- You want the cheapest option. That is a real preference and I am not it.
if you are not there yet, the blog is free and it is the same material.
What actually happens after you book
You fill in a real form
Sixteen questions, including revenue, what is breaking, and whether you can say yes on your own. It takes a few minutes and it is the reason the call is not a discovery interrogation.
I read it before we speak
Your answers, your website, your ads if they are public. I turn up knowing what your problem probably is, so we spend the call testing that rather than building it from scratch.
We find the real constraint
Acquisition, conversion or capacity. I will tell you plainly if it is not the one you booked about, and I will tell you plainly if you do not need me yet.
You get the plan either way
If we work together, that plan becomes the build. If we do not, you keep it. I would rather you go and execute it yourself than sit on a call that was only ever a pitch.

Three ways this actually runs
Depends on whether you have a team to install it with, and how much you want to own.
Consulting
We install the system with your own team, so the capability stays in your building when the engagement ends. This is where most people start.
From $3,000/monthDone with you
My team works alongside yours. We build it together, your people learn it by doing it rather than by being trained at it, and you keep the capability without carrying the whole build.
From $5,000/monthDone for you
My team builds and runs the acquisition system: ads, creatives, funnels, follow-up, reporting. You keep your attention on delivery, which is usually where it should have been.
From $10,000/monthQuestions people ask before booking
Because I read every one of them before the call, and the answers decide whether the call is useful. The form is also doing some filtering on purpose. If sixteen questions is too much friction for a conversation about a five-figure decision, we were probably not going to enjoy working together anyway.
Three shapes, three starting points. Consulting starts from $3,000 a month, done with you from $5,000, and done for you from $10,000. Where you land inside that depends on the business needs and the complexity of what has to be installed, which is why the exact number comes on the call rather than off a pricing page. I will give you that number on the call, not in a follow-up email.
No, and you should not. Most engagements start with the one that is your actual constraint, usually Ai for capacity or Ads for acquisition, and the other two come in the order that works. Buying all of it up front is a good way to spend a lot of money on things that were not broken.
Because doing one platform properly beats doing four badly, and Meta is where the service businesses I work with actually find their buyers. It is a focus decision rather than a claim that the other platforms do not work. If your business genuinely lives on search intent, I will tell you that on the call.
You can, but I will probably tell you to go and fix the offer first, and I would rather say that here than take your money. Below that level the constraint is almost always the offer rather than the system. The blog on this site covers the same material for free, and the paid community exists for exactly that stage.
I am not going to give you a number here, because anyone who promises one without seeing your numbers is guessing on your behalf. What I will say is that ad tests need about ten days to read honestly, and that how fast you can scale is decided by your payback window and your delivery capacity rather than by how good the ads are.
Dubai, with a company in India as well, and I work across both. Time zones have not been a problem for clients elsewhere. The work happens on calls and in shared systems rather than in a room.
Read the blog. It is 59 guides written from my own work rather than from skimming the internet, and most questions I get asked already have a long answer sitting in there. If it does not, book the call and ask me directly.
Bring your numbers. I will bring the diagnosis.
If we are not a fit, you will hear it in the first ten minutes and still leave with the plan.
