A document controller is a Telegram bot, built for one business, that turns a photograph or a PDF into a correctly named file in the correct folder, with its expiry tracked. It reads the document, shows exactly what it read, asks only what it cannot read, warns before it writes if the file already exists or a newer one does, and refuses to guess a date. Whole-company deletes need two people and land in a 30-day trash. The radar it feeds drafts the reminders at 07:00.
