Every creative is flagged against a cost threshold, and cost per booking and cost per application replace cost per lead as the numbers that decide what runs. A funnel leak map shows exactly which step the spend bleeds at. A five-minute speed-to-lead timer starts the moment a lead lands. Batch pacing rings show whether the intake is on track, and a confirmed payment fires a celebration on the office screen. It is the only build on this page where the ads are the whole job.

Spend was judged on the wrong number
A school that runs on admissions has a funnel with a long tail. An ad brings a lead, the lead has to be relevant, a call has to happen within a day, a counsellor has to take it further, an application has to be filed, a test has to be passed, an offer has to be accepted, and a first instalment has to land. Cost per lead tells you about the first step and nothing about the rest.
That is how the spend was being judged: last click, cost per lead, no pixel, no CRM that anyone actually used. An ad that brought cheap leads who never applied looked like the winner, and an ad that brought fewer, better applicants looked expensive. The leads that did come in waited for whoever checked next, and with a decision cycle of weeks, every slow first reply was money already spent.

One screen that follows the money from the ad to the instalment
- A creative desk with a threshold. Ten live creatives side by side, each flagged green or red against a cost threshold, with budget pacing so an ad that is burning gets noticed the day it starts, not at the end of the month. Data comes in as a plain export, so the school owns every number.
- The numbers that actually decide. Cost per booking and cost per application take the top row. Cost per lead moves down. True acquisition cost is shown over the full decision cycle, not the week the ad ran.
- A funnel leak map and a five-minute timer. Every step from lead to instalment, with the bleeding steps lit red. Beside it, a speed-to-lead clock that starts when a lead lands and a checklist for the brochure, the video and the first message, because the first reply is the cheapest thing to fix.
- Batch pacing and a celebration. Two intake rings show whether this batch is filling on time. When a first instalment is confirmed, a celebration fires on the office TV. The whole team sees the outcome the ads were for, not the clicks.
