About

Three times college dropout.
By choice.

I do not have a degree. I have campaigns I ran, companies I built, and enough public mistakes to have learned something.

Who is Digital Pratik

Digital Pratik is a growth marketing consultant and the founder and CEO of JorrDaar LLC, a Dubai growth marketing firm.

He helps founder-led service businesses doing $50,000 a month or more grow with digital marketing that works in the now, using AI, automation and Meta ads as the tools rather than as the product.

He has worked in digital marketing since 2010, sixteen years, and works with consultancies, agencies and professional service firms across Dubai and India.

He is a keynote speaker on more than 50 stages including TEDx and Josh Talks, and a three-times-by-choice college dropout with no degree.

His thesis is that almost every stuck service business is stuck on exactly one of three things, acquisition, conversion or capacity, and that the job is to name which one before spending money on anything else.

The system he builds against it is the 3A Machine: AI to build, automation to run, ads to scale, in that order.

The background

I started in 2010 with no plan and no qualification.
I dropped out three times, each time on purpose, because what I was supposed to be learning was slower than what I could go and do.

It shaped how I hire.
Courage and speed of execution over a CV, every time.
The people who ship are almost never the people with the best paperwork.

Since then: content since 2017, 50+ stages including TEDx and Josh Talks, a YouTube channel, a podcast, a book.
Today I run two companies.
JorrDaar LLC in Dubai and Digital Pratik Productions in India.
Both are growth marketing firms, not AI companies and not software companies.
We grow founder-led service businesses with digital marketing that works in the now, and AI, automation and Meta ads are the three tools we use to do it.
They are one job, not three products.
The thesis fits on one line, deliberately.
AI to build. Automation to run. Ads to scale.

I work with founder-led service businesses doing a minimum of $50k a month.
Consultancies, agencies, professional service firms, clinics.
Real operations, and a founder who has quietly become the constraint on all of them.
Not coaches, not course creators.

Because founder-dependence caps scale.
A service business rarely stalls because the marketing is bad.
It stalls because sales, delivery and every decision route through one person.
So the job is not to add leads on top of that.
It is to take the founder out of the loop first.

I am the first test case for everything I sell.
My own AI operating system, my own agent team, my own content engine.
If it does not survive contact with my business, it does not go near yours.

Where I stand

Things I will say on a call

Some of these cost me deals.

๐ŸŽฏ

Meta is an amplifier, not a magician

If the offer is mid, ads help more people ignore you faster. Fix the offer before you fund the reach.

๐ŸŽฌ

Creative is the new targeting

Media buying skill has collapsed to near zero. Knowing what your customer actually says is the scarce thing now.

๐Ÿ“Š

True ROI beats reported ROAS

The platform credits the last click. Kill the ads that opened the loop and you kill the engine.

๐Ÿ“ˆ

Scale profits, not headcount

Adding people to a broken system buys you a bigger broken system with a bigger payroll.

๐Ÿงฉ

It is one of three problems

Acquisition, conversion or capacity. Your market picks which one you are, not you.

๐ŸŽ“

Credentials do not matter

Courage and fast execution do. I would know, I left three times to find that out.

If that landed
