Who runs this site

digitalpratik.com is the personal site of Digital Pratik. It is run by Jorrdaar FZC LLC, trading as JorrDaar LLC, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates.

In this policy, "we" means Digital Pratik and Jorrdaar FZC LLC. Our firm site, jorrdaarllc.com, has its own policy.

What we collect

When you readYour IP address, browser and device, the pages you open and the site you came from. Our host and our measuring tools record this.

When you join the notes or a waitlistYour name and email, where on the site you signed up, and the pages you read here before you signed up.

When you request a callYour name, email, WhatsApp number, your business revenue band and anything you write in the form.

When you pay for a callStripe takes the payment. We see your name, email and that you paid. We never see your card number.

When you leave a voice reviewOn our review page: your recording and the text made from it, which you can edit before you post it on Google.

When you write to usWhat you send us by email, WhatsApp or any other message.

Why we use it

To reply to you and to run the call you booked.
To send the notes and workshop news you asked for. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
To see if we are the right fit for you, and to send a polite reply if we are not.
To see which pages help people, and to fix the ones that do not.
To show our ads on Facebook and Instagram to people who visited, and to see if the ads work.
To stop spam and fake requests.

We use your data because you said yes (when you sign up or send a form), because you asked us to do something (like a call), or because we need to run and protect this site.

Who helps us

These services handle some of your data for us, each under its own privacy policy. Some of them keep it outside the UAE, for example in the United States or Europe.

VercelHosts this site and keeps short server logs.

MetaThe Meta Pixel counts visits and measures our Facebook and Instagram ads.

Cookies and your browser

Light or darkRemembers the look you picked. It stays in your browser.

Reading trailYour last 30 pages here, kept only in your browser. We get it only if you sign up for the notes.

Readers toolA cookie that remembers you unlocked the Capacity Ceiling tool, for 180 days.

Meta and GoogleTheir own cookies, to count visits and measure ads.

You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings. You can change the ads Meta shows you in the ad settings of Facebook or Instagram.

How long we keep it

Notes and waitlists: until you unsubscribe.
Call requests and call notes: up to 3 years after we last spoke, then deleted.
Payment records: as long as UAE tax law asks us to.
Server logs: a short time, then our host removes them.

Your rights

See the data we hold about you.
Fix anything that is wrong.
Delete your data.
Stop us using it for ads or emails.
Get a copy to take somewhere else.

Email team@jorrdaarllc.com from the address you used with us. We reply within 30 days.

If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the UAE Data Office, or to the data protection office where you live.

Keeping it safe

Only a few people can open your data, and every service we use protects it with encryption. We never ask for a password by email.

No system is perfect. If your data is ever exposed, we will tell you.

Children

This site is for business owners. It is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes and contact

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes too.
