Every company is a media company now. Even a factory.
Before a buyer calls your firm, they look you up. On Instagram, on LinkedIn, on YouTube, and now in the AI answers. If they find nothing, you look closed. Before a buyer calls, they look you up online and in the AI answers. If they find nothing, you look closed.

- Buyers check your firm on Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and the AI answers before they call.
- A firm that posts nothing looks closed, even when it is busy and great at the work.
- You already say smart things every day. STORM turns that talking into posts, carousels, videos and articles.
- A plain post every week beats a perfect post twice a year.

Think about how you check a firm before you call it. You search the name. You open its Instagram. You look at LinkedIn to see who runs it. More and more people now just ask an AI who is good for this job in Dubai.
Your buyers do the same thing to you. And this is the hard part. If your last post is from 2 years ago, the buyer does not think you are busy. They think you are closed. Or small. Or gone.
That is why I say every company is a media company now. Even a factory. Not because you need to dance on camera. Because the first meeting with your buyer now happens on a screen, before you even know they exist.

01The first meeting now happens on a screen
In Dubai, the right person used to come from the right event, the right dinner, the right card. The city got bigger and faster, and nobody can meet everyone any more. So people check you online before they say yes to a coffee. And that check now has a new door. Google said in July 2025 that its AI Overviews, the AI answers at the top of a search, had over 2 billion monthly users.
How a buyer finds a firm in Dubai
An event, a dinner, a card
What you post and what you build
A friend in the room
Your work, before you meet
Your brochure
Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, AI answers
When you want to sell
Every week, with something useful
The firms that show their work get the introductions now. The ones that only network are waiting for a call that is not coming.
02A firm that posts nothing looks closed
Most owners I meet here have great work, a busy team and clients who stay for years. But from the outside, nothing moves. The page is quiet. The last video is old.

Staying quiet feels humble. It is not. It only means the buyer who needs you cannot find you. And someone louder, and less good, fills the gap you left.
Staying quiet about your work is not humble. It just makes you hard to find.
Does your firm look open?
- Your last post is from this week, not this year.
- A buyer can see the owner talk, in their own words.
- Your posts answer what buyers ask, not only what you sell.
- Your team and your work show up, not only your logo.
03What STORM is, in plain words
STORM is my name for this work. It stands for Strategic, Targeted, Organic, Relevant Media. In plain words: posts, carousels, short videos and articles, in your voice, every week, made for the buyers you want.
What each letter means
- SStrategic
Every piece has a job. It answers something your buyers ask.
- TTargeted
Not everyone. A few clear groups of buyers.
- OOrganic
Posts people find and share on their own, not ads you pay for.
- RRelevant
About their problems, not about your products.
- MMedia
Video, pictures and words, each made for the place it is posted.
Notice what is not on that list. Dancing. Trends. Slang you would never say. The way you talk on the phone is the voice that goes online.
04You already say great things every day
Here is what most owners miss. You do not need to sit down and make posts. You already talk all day. In client meetings, on sales calls, in voice notes to your team. You explain why your way works. What buyers get wrong. What you would never do. That talk is the best material your firm has. It just disappears the moment the call ends.

STORM catches it. You talk in 1 of 3 ways, whichever one you like. Any 1 of them is enough.
Pick the one you like
- 01A short voice note
On a walk, in the car, between meetings.
- 02A long voice note
When you have a lot to say about 1 thing.
- 03A long video
A Zoom conversation, or a shoot in your office done like a podcast.
The video never has to go out as a podcast. It is a record of how you think, the same as a voice note.

051 recording becomes many pieces
You record once. We make the rest. That 1 recording becomes many small pieces, and each one is made for the place it will be posted.
What comes out of 1 recording
- 01Video
Short videos and reel scripts, cut and written from what you said.
- 02Pictures
Carousels with your photo, doodles and sketches, all in your brand.
- 03Words
Articles, a newsletter and short posts, in the way you talk.

Your part is small on purpose. You are the busiest person in the firm. You should not be the one writing captions at midnight.
Your part and the team's part
Say them, the way you always do
Find the best ones in what you said
None
Articles, posts and scripts in your voice
None
Carousels and sketches in your brand
Read it, change it by typing
Nothing goes out without your yes
You stay the face. The machine stays the factory.
06Every week beats perfect
Owners who try this alone usually make 1 beautiful post, then go quiet for 2 months. To a buyer, that looks the same as never posting at all.
A plain post every week beats a perfect post twice a year. The plain one is still running when the perfect one has stopped. And nothing works in 2 weeks. My own rule is to pick 1 thing and do it for 90 days before you judge it.

A loop, so each week is a little smarter
- 01Pick who to reach
Not everyone. A few clear groups of buyers.
- 02Learn their world
Where they scroll, what they watch and how they talk.
- 03Post every week
Pieces made for those people, in your voice.
- 04Listen
Read the comments. See what people save and share.
- 05Spend on what works
Meta ads go behind the pieces that already did well.
- 06Make the bigger piece
When a small piece wins, it earns a bigger video.

07Even a factory
Back to the factory. A factory thinks marketing is a brochure once a year and a stand at a show. But its buyers read on their phones every day.
Flip that. Teach your buyers 1 thing every week, about their problems, not your products. Show the floor, the hands, the checks. People have never seen how the thing they buy is made. They will watch.
What your buyers already ask you
- When will it arrive, and what slows it down?
- How do you check the quality?
- Which material should I pick, and why?
- Are prices going up or down?
Each question is 1 week of posts. Answer it out loud once, and the team turns it into the rest.
Write down the 10 questions buyers ask you most. Then answer the first one in a short voice note. That is week 1.
08Questions, answered
Do I have to be on camera?
No. A voice note is enough. If you like video, a Zoom conversation or a shoot in your office works too. The video never has to go out as a podcast.
Will it sound like me?
That is the whole job. It is built from your own recordings and the way you really talk. You change things by typing, and nothing goes out without your yes.
We are a factory. Who wants to watch that?
More people than you think. Buyers have never seen how the thing they buy is made. Show the work, keep your own voice, and skip the trends.
Is STORM the same as running ads?
No. STORM is the posts people find on their own. When a piece does well, Meta ads can go behind it, so money goes only where it has already worked.
