[Guy]: I am a digital marketer
[Digital Pratik]: Okay, okay.
[Guy]: So I started my agency for the last six months.
So I’m struggling, it’s like for getting new clients and to make contents.
Like currently, I have a client in home automation, and for them I am doing their advertising like lead generation, that is going good but I am not happy with my content creation.
Like, I am not into content creation, so that is the reason I want to…
…. like that’s my main problem.
[Digital Pratik]: Okay, so for content creation, obviously, you will have to have a team.
You will have to have a team or you will have to outsource your work of content creation because, see at the end of the day, this is one of the biggest challenge of every digital marketing agency is.
I get a lot of people asking me the same thing, because they are unable to perform.
In this 2019 world, what is happening, you know, everybody is trying to grab clients who needs just leads, so that they can run on Facebook Lead Ads, and they can generate leads, and that would be four months, they might have a good client, but after that it is difficult to retain that same client, alright?
[Guy]: Yeah, there’s the problem, I am facing.
[Digital Pratik]: I know, I know.
That is not your problem; that is everybody’s problem.
Because at the moment Facebook Lead Ads was introduced in Facebook Ads Manager, that removed the friction of you as agency, building a page for them.
Earlier, what used to happen, people used to do click funnels, people used to do landing pages and then thank you pages and then sending traffic, so they have to run the traffic campaign, then they have to optimize the campaign, and then run website conversion campaign.
But now that is totally gone, right?
People are still doing that.
People are still doing that but small businesses, for small businesses, all the agencies are not doing that kind of campaign.
They are doing Facebook Lead Ads campaign.
So that instantly the form is opening up natively, it is auto filled, and people are getting leads.
And obviously, if you do integrate it with Zapier and Google Sheets.
[Guy]: Yeah, I have done that.
[Digital Pratik]: Yeah, so once it is integrated with Google Sheets or Gmail or SMS for the client it works like a charm.
So, initially, when you grab a client and do this kind of campaign it will be like magical for them.
[Guy]: Yeah, that’s what I have done.
[Digital Pratik]: Exactly.
But now the content creation comes into picture because after a couple of months or a couple of weeks they would say that, okay, I’m getting leads but what’s more, how can I just show my Instagram and everything?
So, that’s where content creation comes in the picture.
So let’s talk about that.
Content creation – You See, right now everybody wants to be on Instagram, and, especially if it is home automation, you want to be on Instagram for sure.
You want to build a podcast as well for them, you want to have a Facebook page with supporting value, alright?
You have to have an article written every single day on medium.com or maybe Quora or maybe LinkedIn or their own blog, if they have.
So, content creation, you have to have a team.
Now, content is of only four forms, audio, video, image and written form, alright?
So now, if you have a good content writer, like he or she can write the content; if you have a good graphic designer, he or she can create infographics or pictures; if you have a good video editor who can do Instagram videos just like I do, or maybe a lot of people do now, so all those kind of videos.
You would need to have people who are sound about final cut pro x or Adobe Premiere, because those two are the top end tools.
So, if people have that kind of knowledge, like, you can go to Envato elements, you can purchase a couple of templates and then they can deploy it against a couple of editing knowledge.
They can create great content for them, alright?
[Guy]: Hmm mmm.
[Digital Pratik]: And then audio comes in the picture.
So, my point is, if a business is good with respect to their video content, you will get all the content.
You see, the way I do, I have learnt this one with Gary Vaynerchuk obviously, alright?
So, this is what I have been doing since past couple of years now, I have been recording myself; I have been doing videos.
Now, see right now, I was in a rush so I am not recording a video as of now, but still if you see, I’m recording the audio.
[Guy]: Okay, yeah, it’s really for podcasts, right?
[Digital Pratik]: Exactly.
So, I don’t worry about, like, Oh, fuck, I don’t regret, oh fuck I don’t have a video now.
I just try to squeeze my time as much as possible, right?
So I’m having a podcasts as of right now going on, and I don’t know how much I will crop, how much I will put out as a podcast episode but definitely in the initial, like the way we started the conversation it was all about Facebook Lead Ads and the challenges which every agency is getting.
So, definitely that is one podcast episode right now.
It is going to come in a few days, you know.
So we are already having one piece of content right now from this particular one.
[Guy]: True.
[Digital Pratik]: So if you are having a video then it is great because then you can get audio, you can have written form, you can ask your written guy or a girl to just transcribe.
Whatever I am saying right now in the form of this audio I just let my team know that, hey, transcribe this; which I am not doing that much right now because, see, I as Digital Pratik brand or a business I have to think that, what can I do consistently for the next 3 months?
Can I do that transcript from my team for at least 90 days?
If no, then I wouldn’t do it right now.
Because I don’t only do it seven days and then that would be three days gap because my team was unable to do that and all those.
I wouldn’t want that.
And that’s where I am not in rush, that’s where I have patience, you know?
That’s the patience which I am asking everybody to do.
You see, I am not able to do many things which I actually want to do at this point but still I am patient, and I am doing, and I am focusing, and I am squeezing all my hard energy, at least on video and audio.
[Guy]: Okay.
[Digital Pratik]: Alright, that’s it.
See, I am not putting up, every single day on LinkedIn, though Gary Vaynerchuk says, I am not able to do that, but the main thing is I am just trying to post enormous amount of valuable content every single day on Instagram and every single day one podcast episode.
[Guy]: Podcast, yeah, I have seen that.
