In this article, I am gonna only share PRACTICAL case studies and real things which are happening on TikTok for virality.

So I was uploading my TikTok video recently & if you are a practitioner of TikTok then you will understand what I am saying here.

When your video is about to upload & while you see that percentage circle progressing on the top left corner to 100%, you will be on the “For you” page of Tiktok.

In simple terms, you will be on the home feed of TikTok.

So while I was there today morning, I saw this video from Garyvee & I always consume his comment section just like I consume mine.

I don’t do it all the time, but whenever I get a chance I just do it.

So, while I was reading the comments I saw these 2 comments which finally proved & confirmed my gut & intuition that I am on the right track with my TikTok content.

  1. There is a 15 year old kid commenting on Garyvee’s post
  2. There is a 75 year old guy commenting on the same post

Getting the point ???

Like, you never know when your content will hit the older audience.

So guys please for god sake whether you are having a B2B business or a B2C business, TikTok can be the best place for your BRAND’s Virality if you know how to tap into the younger demographics constantly for the next 6 months.

Now I understand, if you are selling Real Estate Properties worth more than Rs. 10,00,00,000 apartments, may be you will think that what the fuck should I post?

Go back to 2008-2010 of YouTube days when there were very less YouTubers.

Go checkout the content which people used to do for YouTube where everyone was still doing TV commercials & just relying on BillBoards.

Let me show you one of the piece of content which went super viral & is used as a case study in many digital marketing institutes.

This is the real YouTube campaign of Volvo Trucks who creatively depicted the stability & precision of Volvo dynamic steering.

So now if you are selling real estate properties where your target audience is BIG pocket guys who might not be using TikTok but they might be using Facebook or WhatsApp or something else, then let me show you a way here:

Start producing 1 min TikTok videos showing how beautiful the apartment is. What are the automations inside the apartment. Where is the apartment located in the city.

All such kinda beautiful videos with good quality camera.

Let me show you a few examples for realtors:

…. and now, there are high chances (because TikTok organic is super high right now) some kid might like that & might share it with his parents at night while having dinner.

Or may be they might share it with their family groups on Whatsapp just for fun & may be from there you might get someone who might be interested in that real estate.

And many other things.

So the point is: Don’t think that your target audience is not on TikTok yet. Think that they are on Internet and they are using social media platforms or Internet or like come on, almost everyone in India is using Whatsapp.

WhatsApp has 1.5 billion users from 180 countries that makes it the most popular instant messaging app worldwide. Facebook Messenger is on the second place with 1.3 billion users. The biggest market for WhatsApp in India with over 200 million users. Sometimes, the figure crosses 300 million.
